Guidin’ Right opens the door to the relaxing world of fly fishing.  Located in central Georgia, we provide access to the trout streams of north Georgia, southeast Tennessee, the western Carolinas, and the White and Little Red Rivers of Arkansas. 

We also offer warm-water fishing in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, and saltwater (bay) fishing in Destin, the midwest coast of Florida, and Brunswick, Georgia. 

No fly fishing gear?  No problem.  We provide everything required – whether wading or fishing from the boat – and use up-to-date equipment from the premier names in fly fishing (Sage, Winston, T&T, Orvis, L.L. Bean, Abel, Bauer, Ross, etc.).  Our primary boat (see photo below) is a 24-foot custom-built tunnel hull, powered by a 60 HP Yamaha 4-stroke jet drive.

your skilled instructor and guide, brings over 50 years of fly fishing experience, and 15 years as a guide and Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF) certified fly casting instructor.

As a career U.S. Air Force officer, Sam has traveled – and fly fished – throughout the world.

For guided fly fishing trips, we can tailor packages to suit client needs.  Most full-day trips start at $280 for two people.  Prices may vary with location and length of trip.

Fly casting instruction is available at $75 per hour for up to two people.  For larger groups, we have other qualified instructors so that we can provide more individualized instruction.
